All Dark Butterfly products are made to order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

United States:
Estimated total delivery time is typically 5–13 business days.

International:
Estimated total delivery time is typically 7–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, customs processing, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We will try to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order enters production or has shipped.

We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authority.

Dark Butterfly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Some items may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, products from the same order may arrive separately.
